A custom Windows desktop software to sync data between our client’s web based ERP application for construction and environmental companies and those companies’ QuickBooks Desktop platforms. 

Major Features

  • Automatically sync entity data from QuickBooks Desktop to FieldFlo web based ERP including Customers, Jobs, Payroll Items and Employees.
  • Seamlessly imports time sheet data from FieldFlo to QuickBooks Desktop while allowing users to map Employees, Jobs, Customers, etc. on the fly so data imports into the correct fields in QuickBooks.
  • Supports hundreds of configurations including alternate job hierarchies, service items, payroll schedules, live sync schedules, and much more
