Martin founded Pell Software. He's been a software engineer since the early 2000's and has successfully completed thousands of projects before starting Pell Software in 2019.

After nearly a decade of professional freelance software development Martin Pellicore founded Pell Software. The driving force behind the start of the company was to be able to take on more meaningful projects that demanded more resources and better organization then a solo freelance programmer could provide.
Strong, stable organizational systems were at the forefront of the business plan. Getting this right was pivotal to the business' overall success. This meant starting from scratch with dozens of project management systems, client collaboration tools and document management systems to ensure the right software was being used from the start. An enormous amount of focus and time went into the research and development of these tools and their underlying processes.
With strong organizational systems in place we were able to begin taking on more meaningful work for our clients. From there Pell quickly grew and new expert level software engineers were hired to help tackle even bigger and better projects.
Today Pell is still growing, albeit cautiously, with a strong focus on ensuring we are first and foremost able to service the needs of our current clients before taking on additional commitments. We place an enormous amount of value on our relationship with our clients therefore it's critically important to us to succeed and grow with them.
